Who we are
This site is run by Julia Litvin, a photographer working in London. Julia decides how your details are used and is responsible for them. For any question about your data, write to [email protected].
What we collect and why
When you send the enquiry form. We receive the WhatsApp number or email you type, your message if you add one, and the page you sent it from. We use them only to answer you and arrange your session. The form is delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, an email delivery service.
When you message us on WhatsApp. The chat happens in WhatsApp, which is run by Meta under its own privacy policy. We use what you write only to answer and arrange your session.
When you browse the site. If you accept cookies, Google Analytics shows us which pages people visit and which buttons they tap, and Google Ads tells us whether our ads led to an enquiry. If you choose "No, thanks", no analytics or advertising cookies are set, and Google receives only basic signals without cookies, as described in its Consent Mode.
We do not sell your details and we do not use them for newsletters.
Legal basis
We answer enquiries because you asked us to and to prepare a booking you may make (steps before a contract). Analytics and advertising cookies are used only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Cookies
- Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_…): measure visits. Set only after you accept. Kept for up to two years.
- Google Ads (_gcl_…): measure whether an ad led to an enquiry. Set only after you accept. Kept for up to 90 days.
- Your cookie choice is remembered in your browser's local storage for six months, so we don't ask again on every page.
- Security cookies from our hosting provider and Cloudflare may be set to protect the site from bots. They are needed for the site to work and do not track you.
You can change your choice at any time with the link, which is also at the bottom of every page.
Who else handles your data
Google (Analytics and Ads), Web3Forms (form delivery), Meta (WhatsApp), Cloudflare (security and speed) and our hosting provider. Some of them may process data outside the UK, under their own safeguards for international transfers.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to answer you and arrange your session, and delete them after that unless you book with us.
Your rights
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, delete them, or object to how we use them. Write to [email protected]. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
